At Click4Conveyancing we are continually seeking to improve the quality of the service we provide to our clients and we are conscious that the quality of our service is directly related to the extent of our investment in quality management systems and processes and most important of all in our people. 

As a result of this, over the last 12 months we have opened up our internal quality management systems and processes and our investment in our people to external scrutiny and audit with a view to seeking formal accreditation in these areas.

The Investors in People Standard has long been acknowledged as a powerful business improvement tool, helping organisations of every size, type and location to improve their performance through their people.

Click4Conveyancing through Your Conveyancer is an accredited Investors in People organisation and we are continuously improving our approach to people management and development.

ISO 9001

ISO 9001 is the international Quality Management Service standard that provides a set of standardised requirements for a quality management system regardless of an organisation’s size or what it does.

Without satisfied customers an organisation is in danger. To keep customers satisfied, an organisation needs to meet their customers’ requirements. The ISO 9001 standard provides a tried and trusted framework for taking a systematic approach to managing an organisation’s systems and processes so that they consistently turn out a service or product that satisfies customers’ expectations.

Your Conveyancer achieved ISO 9001 accreditation in June 2008 and is one of very few legal practices in the UK to have met this internationally recognised standard.

ISO 20000

ISO 20000 is the international IT Service Management standard that enables an organisation to ensure that it’s IT service management processes are aligned with the needs not only of the organisation but also with it’s customers and with international best practice.

IT is at the core of the quality of Your Conveyancer’s service to it’s clients and to their customers and we achieved ISO 20000 accreditation in July 2008. Your Conveyancer is believed to be the only legal business in Scotland and possibly the UK to have met this internationally recognised standard.
